WEEKLY RESERVATIONS BEGIN 3 PM SATURDAY AND END 10 AM SATURDAY: Reservations are Saturday to Saturday and may be made as far as a year in advance. Any deviation from the Saturday to Saturday schedule is subject to availability.
MINI-VACATIONS:
There is a two night minimum for any reservation, EXCEPT during the holidays, then it is a four night minimum. Partial week reservations are taken no more than thirty days prior to coming in and is subject to availability.
CHECK-IN IS BETWEEN 3 and 4 PM ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL:
Please plan your arrival time according to the check-in times. We cannot guarantee that you unit will be available before the stated check in time. All final payments are due thirty days before arrival. Personal checks will not be accepted less than thirty days prior to arrival. If payment in full is not received thirty days prior to arrival then your reservation will be canceled. If you are going to be a late check in, you must notify this office prior to arrival to make arrangements for your check in package. (Please check with our office regarding Off season and holiday schedules.)
CHECK OUT BEFORE 10 AM:
Departure maid service is included in all rental rates. We ask our guest to prepare the unit for departure by emptying the refrigerator, taking out all trash, making sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away, stripping all beds and putting linen in the bathtub, turning off all lights, close and lock all doors and windows. Return the keys to the office. If the office is not open when you depart then please put keys in the drop box in the door. THERE ARE NO LATE CHECK OUTS. IF YOU DO STAY PAST CHECK OUT TIME YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FULL DAYS RATE.
DEPOSIT:
The deposit is due within ten days of making the reservation. Balance, including sales tax and accommodation tax on total rent, and cleaning fee, will be due twenty days prior to arrival. There will be a $35.00 charge on all returned checks.
GUESTS:
SHOULD A GUEST MISREPRESENT ITSELF, THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO VACATE THE PREMISS IMMEDIATELY, WITH OUT REFUND. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNITS. Accommodations are strictly limited to the number shown. The number must be observed. Overcrowding is NOT permitted.
ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED IN ANY RENTAL PROPERTY.
ABSOLUTELY NO GRILLS ALLOWED IN THE RENTAL UNITS.
ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. IF YOU WISH TO SMOKE PLEASE DO SO ON THE PORCH OR BALCONY AND NOT IN THE UNIT.
PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
Condominium parking is restricted to two cars per unit. Campers and motor homes are not allowed to be hooked up or used on any rental property.
UNIT AVAILABILITY:
In the event a unit sells, an owner takes their unit off of the program, or an owner needs to use the unit for their personal use all efforts will be made to put you into a comparable style unit.
UNIT FOR SALE:
In the event the property you are renting is on the market for sale, we may find the need to show the property during your visit. We will make every effort to schedule the showing at a convenient time and not interrupt your vacation. We will also let you know twenty-four hours ahead of time if we can not make any other arrangement. If the property sold before your arrival we will put you into a comparable style unit.
ITEMS YOU NEED TO BRING OR PURCHASE:
Items that you may need during your stay: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, soap, washing detergent, dishwashing detergent, cleaning products and coat hangars. These items are not provided by the owner or the rental agent.
MAINTENANCE, REBATES, REFUNDS:
All equipment in each rental unit should be in working order. Please report any inoperative equipment to our office promptly! We will make every reasonable effort to have the repairs made as soon as possible. NO REDUCTION, REBATE OR REFUND of rent will be issued for any mechanical failure of air conditioning/heat, dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, TV, washer/dryer or other appliances. NOTE: Service requests called in after 4 PM MAY NOT be handled until the following day.
NO MESSAGES:
Messages will not be delivered. NO LONG DISTANCE CALLS MAY BE CHARGED TO THE UNIT. Please use your calling card or credit card for any long distance calls. There will be a $25.00 handling charge collected on any long distance or collect calls charged to the rental unit.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND:
Myrtle Beach Realty is NOT RESPONSIBLE for personal items left in rental units. If you request us to pick up and mail the item or items to you, if found, they will be mailed to C.O.D. plus a $25.00 handling charge.
LOCKED CLOSETS:
Most of our unit owners maintain a locked closet and/or utility room in their unit for storage of personal possessions. Please respect these locked closets and utility rooms. They ARE NOT included in your rental.
LOST KEYS:
Lost keys should be reported to the office immediately. There will be a $25.00 service if it is necessary for our staff to bring you a key which had been lost by you during or after business hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will be made only if the unit is re-rented, less a re-rent fee of 20% of the rent. Tentative reservation deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation must be made thirty days prior in writing. On a seasonal stay of three months or more the cancellation must be made no less than sixty days prior to arrival.
RESERVATION FEE: A reservation fee of $25.00 will be charged for each reservation. No exceptions.

NOTE: Although every precaution is taken, errors in prices and descriptions do occur in printing. We reserve the right to correct such errors. If the unit you reserved becomes unavailable you will be moved to a comparable style unit. All rental rates, furnishings and equipment are subject to change without notice.
NOTE: Every rental unit is privately owned and reflects each owner's individual taste and requirements. The condition of the property varies according to the age of the property and the care given by the individual owner. If you have specific standards or requirements, we advise personal inspections of the rental unit prior to making your reservation.
